I offer private lessons combining specialist assessment and hands-on treatment techniques with movement-based therapy. My goal is to help you to move better so that you can liberate yourself from pain, become more aligned and gain a true sense of freedom and belonging in your body. 

Stemming from a mixture of therapies I have qualified in from Neuromuscular Physical Therapy to Anatomy in Motion my private clinic offers a unique approach using Movement re-education as my main focus.
